International!

OutdoorKnit made its first international mark on Saturday, 21 March, adorning the fence at the public entrance to Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland.

Knitsch would like to thank:
  • Her travelling companions for suggesting the site to be tagged
  • Her travelling companions again for insisting she do it 'right now'
  • The security guard who stuck his head round the internal door, but didn't come over and get grumpy
  • Dublin, for providing the colour inspiration
Oh, and lots of little birdies tell me that WE WERE ON TV! well, not us per se, but 'It will all be ok' had a starring role on 60 Minutes in NZ. Should one skip through to about the 10 minute mark, you'll see it here.

Hi there,

I am a Graphic Designer and Author based in Cambridge and am currently working on a book celebrating all things handmade/drawn. It will be published by Rotovision in Autumn 2009. The book will be 176 pages , most of which will be inspirational artist showcases along with 16 tutorials.
The book will be published internationally with most books sold in the US and UK but also many Euopean countries

I am writing a chapter at the moment on all things 3d in the Graphic and Artworld.

I would really love to devote 2 full pages to Guerilla knitting as a showcase and what i would also like to to is have another 2 pages on a written tutorial on knitting techniques

Would this be something you might be interested in? if so let me know and i will send more details

Thanks,

Anna
